The results from the Saturday, December 22nd, Silver Lake 9-Ball Handicap Tournament are in. 32 players came together for the second event of four this winter.
The final 8 saw Don Simpson and Colton Keene doing battle with Colton coming out on top in that match and then moving to the final four with Don finishing tied 5th.
Then Steve Luskey and newcomer Dave Knight squared off with Dave advancing to the final four and Steve going home tied 5th.
The next match saw Paul Gagnon advance to the final four over Mike Kellough who also tied 5th.
The next match saw Phil Pulsonetti advance sending David Watson home tied 5th.
The final two matches to see who would advance to the championship match featured Paul Gagnon defeating Colton Keene sending Colton home tied 3rd.
The other match saw Dave Knight defeat Phil Pulsonetti. Phil had a chance to win it all as Paul Gagnon had accepted 2nd place and Phil and Dave were playing for 1st place. Phil missed the 8 ball with excellent shape on the 9… but it was not to be!
Phil went deeper than he has in the past but the newcomer came out on top.
Congrats to Dave Knight and all top finishers.
