Results are in from the 3-6-9 Pool Is Cool Tournament held on September 3rd at the Hibiscus Rec Center. Don Simpson runs this with the help of Jerry Tripp and Greg Shearer. The amazing Steve Luskey was undefeated until he ran into Mike Dunn. Mike lost reasonably early in the tournament and had to fight back through the loser side to get to Steve. They went Hill-Hill for the final match and Steve took the win. Jeff McCarthy played amazing all day long and put one of the best in The Villages, Jim Gorman, on the loser side. Tommy Maffatone also played well and finished fifth and sixth. James Vaccaro filled in for a player that wasn’t able to make it and tied with Tommy for fifth and six place.
